What we keep, and why.

Your account. Your e-mail, display name, country, the channels you list, and your payout details (PayPal or Wise e-mail, or IBAN). Payout details are shown masked to Waraq staff and used only to pay you.

Referrals. For each referred account we keep its Waraq account id, the Polar order and subscription ids, the plan, and the attribution source. In your dashboard the reader's e-mail is masked (s***@kaust.edu.sa); you never see the full address.

Clicks. A link click stores the code, the landing path, UTM parameters, and a daily-salted hash of the IP address and browser string. Raw IP addresses are never stored.

Analytics. PostHog records how the portal is used (page views, the calculator, copies and downloads) tied to your partner id. Session recordings mask every input.

Retention. Referral and commission records are kept for as long as needed for payouts, refunds and tax records, then deleted. Write to partners@waraq.io to close your partner account; commissions already due are paid first.
