The terms, in full.

1. The program

Waraq Partners («the program») is run by Waraq (waraq.io). A partner shares a personal code or link; when a new Waraq account makes its first paid order through that code or link, the partner earns a commission. These terms are version 2026-09-11.v1. We may change them; you will be asked to accept a new version before continuing.

2. Who can join

Anyone 18 or older with a valid e-mail address. Affiliates (supervisors, lab managers, group admins, bloggers, students) are active on acceptance of these terms. Creators and institutions are reviewed by Waraq within three working days and may be declined without a stated reason.

You must not be a Waraq employee or contractor, and the code must not be used for purchases by you, your household, or accounts you control.

3. What the reader gets

Your code gives a new Waraq subscriber 20% off the first billing period of any paid plan (Polar discount, duration «once»). A reader who arrives through your link has the same discount applied at checkout without typing anything. Polar accepts one discount per checkout; a partner code replaces WELCOME20, which is the same 20%.

4. What you earn

A one-time commission of 30% of the referred account's first paid order, computed on Polar's net amount (after the reader's discount, before tax and payment fees). Renewals, upgrades and later orders by the same account are shown in your dashboard for information and do not earn commission. The rate may be set differently per partner or institution in writing.

The commission is on hold for 30 days after payment, which is Polar's refund window. If that first order is refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed; if it had already been paid to you, the amount is netted against your next payout.

Only orders from accounts whose first attribution is to you count. A code typed at checkout takes precedence over a link; otherwise the last partner link the reader clicked within 30 days attributes the account. The first attribution of an account is permanent.

5. Payouts

Available balances of $50 or more are paid on the 15th of each month for the previous calendar month. Smaller balances roll forward. Payment is by PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer to an IBAN, in USD; conversion and receiving fees are the recipient's. Before the first payout you provide a W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (everyone else). You are responsible for any tax due in your country.

6. Your code

Codes are 4-16 letters or digits. Reserved words (WELCOME…, WARAQ…, STAY…, TEST…, and others at our discretion) are refused. You may rename your code once every 30 days; the previous code keeps attributing links already published and is never reissued to another partner. Waraq may rename or retire a code that appears on coupon aggregators or is used in breach of these terms.

7. Disclosure

Every post, video, message or page that carries your code or link must state visibly, inside the content and not only in a profile or bio, that it is an affiliate link. In English, «affiliate link» or «#ad»; in Arabic, «إعلان» or «رابط شريك». This follows the US FTC Endorsement Guides and the UK ASA rules; equivalent local rules apply where you publish.

8. Prohibited practices

Self-referrals or referrals of your household or accounts you control. Paid search or social advertising on the term «waraq» or its misspellings. Listing your code on coupon or deal aggregators. Impersonating Waraq, using Waraq's name as your own account name, or altering the logo. Fake reviews, invented results, or any claim that Waraq guarantees acceptance, publication, or a grade. Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or posting in communities that forbid promotion.

A breach is a strike. Three strikes, or a single serious breach, close the partner account and forfeit unpaid commissions.

9. Content you submit

Material you submit to the partner library remains yours; you grant Waraq and other partners a non-exclusive licence to use it to promote Waraq, with credit to you. Submit only material you made or have the right to share.

10. Ending

You can stop at any time by e-mailing partners@waraq.io; commissions already earned and not reversed are paid on the normal schedule. Waraq may pause or end the program, or your participation, with notice by e-mail; commissions earned before that date are honoured unless forfeited under section 8.

11. Liability and law

The program is provided as is. Waraq's liability to you under the program is limited to the commissions due. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Waraq's operating entity; disputes go first to partners@waraq.io.

12. Language

These terms are published in English and Arabic. The Arabic text is provided for convenience; if the two versions differ, or in any dispute, the English version prevails.
